What is Digital World Promotions?
Digital World Promotions (DWP) is a radio promotions marketing company. DWP was formed to promote Dance, Pop and Latin/Tropical singles to Mix Shows, key nightclub DJ’s as well as Billboard reporting DJ’s on a weekly basis across the United States. Unlike some of other radio promotions companies out in the market, DWP is concentrating on selective projects to work. We don’t want to be about quantity, it’s all about quality.
I’m a new artist, how do you work my record?
We work projects in four stages.
1st - We start by sending out your music digitally and physically (for those who want physical product) to our club DJ’s panel.
2nd - We send out your music digitally and physically (for those who want physical product) to our radio Mix Show DJ’s panel.
3rd - We send out your music digitally and physically (for those who want physical product) to our Billboard reporting DJ’s panel.
4th - We then send out your record to radio station Music Directors and Program Directors for their feedback. Based of the infiltration from stage 1, 2 and 3 promotion, we communicate with roughly 20 Dance PD's across the country and push for full rotation ads, producing a solid volume of listener-ship throughout the programming day.
You are DWP, do you just email your contacts?
No. While we live in a digital age we continue to verbally communicate with everyone. We will provide you with feedback sheets via fax, email or snail mail whichever is your preference as we gather information on your record. We provide you with pre & post communication from our contacts working toward the goal of getting your record played.
What does “Life of the record” mean?
Some records take less time to set up while others take longer. The average life span of a Dance single record promotion campaign can last 1 to 3 months to get a buzz. Our DJ’s give us feedback which we report back to you. Their feedback plays an important role as it also gives all of us an indication if the record is going to work or is working in their clubs, mix shows etc.
Why all those steps?
Can’t you just play my record to radio station Music Directors and Program Directors right away?
No. In order to maximize your records full potential, we work in this four step process. We want to make sure your record is being spun across the board.
Do you just work Dance Music?
No, DWP can also work the Pop/CHR Rhythmic Panel as well as the Latin/Tropical Panel, Mix Shows, Key Nightclub DJ’s and Billboard reporting DJ’s.
Do you also work with record pools?
Yes. For an additional fee, we also promote to all of the leading Dance/Pop Record Pools on a bi-weekly basis. Email reports are sent out bi-weekly. We can tailor a servicing of Dance/Pop Record Pools in the markets that have Dance Radio stations, or have Mainstream Top 40 stations that are quicker to play Dance leaning records. The servicing we suggest would be based on the coverage that you would like to provide. The initial markets that we suggest to service are: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Dallas, Detroit, Boston, D.C., Atlanta, Miami, Seattle, San Diego, Phoenix, Tampa & Buffalo.

Do you also work with producers and remixers?
Yes, our partner company; Nene Musik Talent Agency manages the production company; Tune~Adiks and has relationships with other producers and remixers from around the globe.
