45 Riots is a collective of energetic, positive-minded, New York City-based musicians. It is an inner circle of veteran performers who have come up together entrenched in the scene, paying dues for years, night after night, churning passion and sweat into art for audiences in nightclubs around the city.

45 Riots musicians have played to audiences in the tens of thousands at arenas like Madison Square Garden, at international festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival and Rock in Rio, and regularly at esteemed local venues such as the Blue Note, Carnegie Hall, Dizzy’s at Lincoln Center, Jazz Standard, BB King’s, Highline Ballroom, Sony Hall, City Winery, Le Poisson Rouge, Brooklyn Bowl, Zinc Bar, Cafe Wha, Village Underground, Groove, Red Lion, Terra Blues, Billie's Black, Bitter End, NuBlu, Rockwood Music Hall, Django, and many more.
Our musicians have also made television appearances on the Voice, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the Late Show with David Letterman, the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Today Show, Saturday Night Live, BET, the Grammy Awards, and the NFL Halftime Show, just to name a few. 45 Riots has been featured performing on BET, CBS, ABC, NBC, Music Choice, Pluto, and Aspire. Our debut original R&B single "Automatic," released on our 45 Riots in-house record label in late 2019, hit #30 on Billboard's "Adult R&B" charts just a few months after it went live and enjoyed national radio airplay.
Our musicians have assumed the role of musical director, producer, arranger, and composer, and several have been nominated for or won Grammy Awards.
